Description of Contract Opportunity
SDL has an ongoing need for experienced contract executive search consultants for our clients, to help expand executive capacity on their team. The ideal consultant will be adept in executive search, preferably within numerous industries. They will have experience executing across the full search life-cycle including: setting the direction of and conducting research; search strategy development; position specification development; candidate development; candidate interviews, assessment and presentation; and referencing.

These contract positions are usually full-time for 3-12 months. Sporadically, we also have part-time positions.


Qualifications
- Required Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree required
- Required Minimum Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of appropriate experience


Required Skills:

  • Extensive executive level search experience
  • Background in tech company or high end professional services
  • Hands on, "roll up your sleeves" mentality
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Ability to collaborate to build successful relationships
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills


Targeted Pay Rate
Varies based on client. Be sure to submit your hour and daily rates during the application process. This is not a commission-based role.
