Description of Contract Opportunity
SDL has an ongoing need for contract DEIB consultants for our clients. The typical goal of their initiatives is to advance their DEIB strategic goals through interventions, workshops and other experiences. They also want to ensure the company remains compliant with federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations. You would be responsible for helping move target initiatives forward and serve as the point person driving this effort. The ideal candidate should have strong DEIB practitioner experience and stakeholder management skills, as they may be interfacing with Global/dispersed HR Leads and coordinating across multiple time zones and cultures.

Both full-time and part-time contract positions are typically available and vary in length from 2-12 months.


Qualifications
- Required Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree required
- Required Minimum Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of appropriate experience


Required Skills:

  • Must have strong project management experience (change management experience is a plus)
  • Background in Human Capital, HR, and/or DEIB
  • Experience engaging with Global Leads/stakeholders is a plus
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with individuals in multiple time zones and cultures
  • Adept at facilitating cross-functional collaboration and engagement with leadership across the organization
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills
  • Ability to easily package and present information in a consumable manner at the executive level
  • Must be a resilient and a "go-getter", willing to roll-up your sleeves and be hands-on
  • Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Ability to collaborate to build successful relationships
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills


Targeted Pay Rate
Varies based on client. Be sure to submit your hourly and daily rate during the application process.
