The Role

We are seeking a Deployment/Infrastructure Engineer to support a critical technology integration project for a government client. This is a contract opportunity with long-term potential, where you will be responsible for refining deployment processes and improving the reliability of cloud-based solutions in classified environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and enhance deployment processes, ensuring alignment between test environments and client production sites.
• Develop and refine deployment runbooks and technical documentation to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Assist in troubleshooting deployment issues related to Windows Server, cloud infrastructure, and networking.
• Support testing and validation of deployment processes to ensure successful rollouts.
• Work closely with multiple stakeholders to provide deployment insights while maintaining security and compliance standards.
• Provide structured feedback on deployment improvements for future enhancements.

What You Bring

• Experience in Windows Server Administration & Management.
• Expertise in deployment and configuration management, including runbooks and automation (PowerShell preferred).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google)
• Understanding of network infrastructure, including firewalls, DNS, DHCP, and routing.
• Strong background in testing and validation of deployment processes.
• Experience working in classified environments with security and compliance considerations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
