Charity Fundraiser

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Miami fundraising team. As a Charity Fundraiser, you will be the face of our partner non-profits, working on the front lines to secure the vital funding needed to fuel their missions.

This is a professional fundraising role based in high-footfall locations across the city. We are looking for people who are passionate about change and have the resilience and communication skills to turn a conversation into a donation.

The Role

• Direct Outreach: Engaging with members of the public face-to-face at organized events and high-traffic retail sites.
• Donor Acquisition: Presenting the charity's mission clearly and professionally to secure new long-term monthly donors.
• Brand Representation: Maintaining a deep understanding of our partner charities to answer questions and act as an educated advocate.
• Goal Setting: Working toward daily and weekly fundraising targets to ensure the charity meets its program requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Availability: Full-time hours (some weekend or evening availability may be required depending on the event schedule).
• Experience: No prior fundraising experience is required, though backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, or community organizing are a plus.
