Effectively manage the collection and delivery of waste from source to the plant
- Acquire target tonnage and quality of industrial wastes for AFR purpose
- Interact with waste sources, and the plant AFR personnel to effectively respond to the requirements of the client and the kiln so to achieve the best possible economic results
- Maintain plant AFR stock levels at a desired level of customer service and Kiln requirement.
- Deliver cost effective collection system
- Variation of target tonnage and delivery cost against actual
- Required and specific AFR volumes
- No of unplanned deliveries vs planned deliveries
- No of customer complains due to deviation of original declared plan to customer (No of instances that deviate the original plan)
- No. of process violations w.r.t. supply of AFR (No of process violation should be zero, No of raised CAF for the sales operation)
