Effectively manage the collection and delivery of waste from source to the plant

  • Acquire target tonnage and quality of industrial wastes for AFR purpose
  • Interact with waste sources, and the plant AFR personnel to effectively respond to the requirements of the client and the kiln so to achieve the best possible economic results
  • Maintain plant AFR stock levels at a desired level of customer service and Kiln requirement.
  • Deliver cost effective collection system
  • Variation of target tonnage and delivery cost against actual
  • Required and specific AFR volumes
  • No of unplanned deliveries vs planned deliveries
  • No of customer complains due to deviation of original declared plan to customer (No of instances that deviate the original plan)
