OVERALL PURPOSE: Collaborate with Delivery teams to evaluate current process, identify opportunities for improvement, drive replication of best practices and recommend roadmap for process transformation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to improve client processes and drive value through process optimization 
  • Conduct process maturity assessments and implement standardization of finance & accounting processes across multiple customers.
  • Drive replication of industry best practices and process benchmarking analysis
  • Conduct SLA/KPI evaluations and recommend changes
  • Participate in/lead special projects as needed
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of finance and accounting processes (Procure to Pay, Record to Report or Order to Cash) and related systems to effectively perform responsibilities
  • Act as subject matter expert for team members, peers and/or clients as assigned
  • Build relationship with other teams and corporate resources

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Graduate of a relevant course, Business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years managerial experience (non-negotiable)
  • Experience in process management and transformation
  • Extensive BPO experience in managing multiple deals/clients across different industries. Finance and accounting experience and/or accounts payables or controls is required
  • Has demonstrated ability to lead technology change (elimination of manual effort, thru system automation)
  • Management reporting experience
  • Managing measured productivity of team
  • Can demonstrate flexibility and agility to changing client needs
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills with all levels of employees and management
  • Ability to perform special projects as needed in addition to daily responsibilities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work straight night shift and overtime; or swing shift.
  • Subject matter experts in required domain (PTP, RTR or OTC)
  • Should have driven transformation projects and have good understanding of industry best practices
  • Should have clarity about process outcomes and their drivers
  • Stakeholder management, change management, good articulation and presentation skills
  • Should be ready to work as an individual contributor 
  • Understanding of Sourcing and Procurement functions
  • Has experience in transformation or driving process improvement projects
