We are looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to drive rapid growth, expand key partnerships, and accelerate market adoption of our newly launched C&I energy storage solutions across the DACH region.
About the Role
As a Regional Sales Manager C&I Energy Storage, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint in the commercial and industrial energy storage sector. Your main focus will be on fast-tracking sales growth, establishing strong partnerships with EPC installers, distributors, and key clients, and driving our go-to-market execution. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, securing major projects, and positioning our C&I solutions as a leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy to penetrate the DACH region's C&I energy storage market.
- Proactively acquire and manage EPC installers, distributors, and strategic sales partners to establish a robust sales network.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to contract closure, ensuring rapid deal execution.
- Identify and capitalize on high-value commercial and industrial energy storage projects to drive large-scale adoption.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes to refine sales approaches and market positioning.
- Regularly provide sales forecasts, market insights, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to strengthen brand visibility and generate leads.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales of energy storage solutions, renewable energy, or similar technical products in the C&I sector.
- Proven track record of rapid sales growth and market expansion within the energy sector.
- Strong network and experience in working with EPC installers, distributors, and key industry partners.
- Exceptional sales, negotiation, and business development skills, with a focus on fast execution.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high-energy, and results-driven, with the ability to scale new solutions quickly.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the DACH region to meet clients and partners.
- Fluent in German and English.
