Regional Marketing Manager 

Your Responsibilities

1. Regional Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with global company objectives.

  • Adapt global campaigns to local market needs, ensuring cultural and regulatory relevance.

  • Identify regional growth opportunities and create targeted marketing initiatives.

2. Brand Positioning & Awareness

  • Drive brand visibility in the region through digital, offline, and event-based marketing activities.

  • Ensure consistent application of the company’s brand guidelines across all touchpoints.

  • Build strong brand recognition with key partners, customers, and stakeholders.

3. Campaign Management & Lead Generation

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events, webinars, PR) to generate leads and support sales pipeline growth.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing based on KPIs.

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.

4. Event & Partner Marketing

  • Organize regional trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows, and partner events.

  • Develop co-marketing programs with distributors, installers, and strategic partners.

  • Act as the primary liaison for marketing collaborations with regional partners.

5. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and customer insights to inform strategy.

  • Provide regular reports on marketing performance, ROI, and market trends to HQ and regional leadership.

  • Share regional best practices and contribute to global marketing knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in renewable energy, technology, or B2B industries.

  • Strong expertise in campaign management, digital marketing, and event organization.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing regional marketing strategies.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools (CRM, analytics, digital platforms, MS Office).

  • Fluency in English & Polish is required; additional regional languages are a strong plus.

  • Willingness to travel within the region as required.
