Your Responsibilities
1. Regional Marketing Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with global company objectives.

Adapt global campaigns to local market needs, ensuring cultural and regulatory relevance.

Identify regional growth opportunities and create targeted marketing initiatives.
2. Brand Positioning & Awareness

Drive brand visibility in the region through digital, offline, and event-based marketing activities.

Ensure consistent application of the company’s brand guidelines across all touchpoints.

Build strong brand recognition with key partners, customers, and stakeholders.
3. Campaign Management & Lead Generation

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, events, webinars, PR) to generate leads and support sales pipeline growth.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing based on KPIs.

Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
4. Event & Partner Marketing

Organize regional trade shows, exhibitions, roadshows, and partner events.

Develop co-marketing programs with distributors, installers, and strategic partners.

Act as the primary liaison for marketing collaborations with regional partners.
5. Market Intelligence & Reporting

Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and customer insights to inform strategy.

Provide regular reports on marketing performance, ROI, and market trends to HQ and regional leadership.

Share regional best practices and contribute to global marketing knowledge.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in renewable energy, technology, or B2B industries.

Strong expertise in campaign management, digital marketing, and event organization.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing regional marketing strategies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders.

Proficiency in marketing tools (CRM, analytics, digital platforms, MS Office).

Fluency in English is required; additional regional languages (e.g., Chinese) are a strong plus.

Willingness to travel within the region as required.
