Salary: 150,000 - 200,000 Monthly (Net)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accountant / Purchase Officer to support our finance and procurement operations in Lekki. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day accounting tasks, ensure accurate financial reporting, and coordinate procurement activities. This dual-role requires strong analytical skills, excellent vendor management capabilities, and experience in financial recordkeeping.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, and perform bank reconciliations.

Process purchase orders and monitor inventory and supplier records.

Ensure timely, cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

Monitor and report on budget adherence and financial variances.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Collaborate with other departments on budget and procurement needs.

Liaise with vendors to negotiate pricing and manage relationships.

Organize and archive financial and procurement documentation.
Requirements:

B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

2-4 years of proven experience in accounting and purchasing roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).

Strong knowledge of procurement practices and cost control.

Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.

Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Must reside in Lekki or be willing to relocate.
