Salary: ₦150,000 Monthly + Performance-Based Incentives
Job Summary
We are seeking highly motivated and result-driven Direct Sales Agents to drive client acquisition, service utilization, and revenue growth for our wellness services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting and engaging clients, promoting wellness programs, and building long-term relationships that enhance customer experience and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Sales Growth
- Identify, engage, and onboard new clients through strategic outreach, referrals, and partnerships
- Actively promote wellness services, packages, and membership programs to prospective clients
- Convert leads into paying clients while maintaining a high conversion rate
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets
Revenue Generation & Service Utilization
- Upsell and cross-sell wellness offerings to maximize client value
- Increase average client spend through personalized service recommendations
- Drive strong adoption of lifestyle and wellness services
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Deliver excellent customer experience across all touchpoints
- Conduct proactive follow-ups and aftercare engagement to ensure satisfaction
Retention & Engagement
- Drive client retention, loyalty, and repeat visits
- Develop and manage referral channels to expand the client base
- Maintain high standards of client satisfaction and engagement
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Provide regular sales performance reports and updates
- Gather client feedback and market insights to improve service delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance overall client experience
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Client Acquisition
- Acquire 50–80 new clients monthly
- Achieve a minimum 60% lead-to-client conversion rate
- Ensure at least 80% uptake of lifestyle services
Revenue & Service Utilization
- Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets
- Increase average spend per client
Retention & Engagement
- Maintain a minimum 60% repeat visit rate
- Achieve at least 30% referral-based client acquisition
- Ensure consistent client follow-up and engagement
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline
- 1–3 years' experience in sales, client services, healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or related service industries
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Client-focused mindset with strong relationship management capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in basic digital tools and reporting
- Candidates must not be more than 35 years of age

Performance-Based Incentives
- 5% commission for every ₦30 million revenue achieved monthly
- 2.5% commission on total revenue where monthly revenue is below ₦30 million

Performance Management Structure
- Bi-monthly performance reviews
- One-month Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) for underperforming employees
- Exit of employees who fail to meet improvement expectations post-PIP
- Minimum of 75% target achievement required to remain in the role
- Clearly defined career progression pathway for high-performing employees
