About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Technology Sales Executive – Radiology Solutions to join our dynamic healthcare technology team. This is a client-facing, quota-carrying role focused on driving the adoption of our PACS — Enterprise Radiology Platform across hospitals and diagnostic facilities in Nigeria.

The role involves proactive engagement with medical decision-makers, live product demonstrations, and end-to-end contract management. This is not a marketing or partnership role, but a hands-on, sales-driven position with direct influence on revenue generation and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and work an existing pipeline of 1,353 qualified radiology contacts; identify high-priority prospects, schedule demos, and close deals.
  • Conduct live 30-minute PACS demonstrations using real imaging data, often engaging Medical Directors, HODs, and other key facility stakeholders.
  • Assess facility requirements, including modality count, current PACS setup, connectivity, budget cycles, and key decision-makers.
  • Prepare, send, and manage proposals; negotiate contract terms with guidance from the sales team.
  • Follow up persistently via calls, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn until decisions are reached.
  • Coordinate installation handoff to PACS implementation teams and act as the primary client contact through go-live.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of all contacts, conversations, and next actions.
  • Provide weekly sales and pipeline reports, including demos booked, proposals sent, deals closed, and deals lost with reasoning.
  • Identify new target hospitals not yet in the database and engage cold leads, particularly in Abuja, Port Harcourt, and Ibadan.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Healthcare Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 – 4 years of experience in healthcare sales, medical equipment, or diagnostic imaging solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of radiology workflows, PACS systems, or diagnostic imaging technology is an advantage.
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to run live software demonstrations with technical accuracy.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
