Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site
Work Hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₦120,000 – ₦150,000 Monthly
Experience: 2–4 years
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Front Office / Office Assistant to manage the reception area, assist with daily office operations, and ensure a clean, welcoming, and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is punctual, professional, and capable of multitasking while maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front office, pantry, and common areas.
- Perform basic office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing supplies.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and forward correspondence appropriately.
- Prepare and serve refreshments during meetings or events when required.
- Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies.
- Support minor maintenance tasks and report any office issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to office safety, hygiene, and professional standards.
Qualifications
- OND or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience as a front office assistant, receptionist, or office assistant is an advantage.
- Ability to follow instructions, manage time effectively, and work independently.
- Physically fit to handle light cleaning and office errands.
- Honest, dependable, and demonstrates a professional and positive attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of office tools, cleaning materials, and safety procedures.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
