Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our resorts restaurants, bars, and event spaces. The successful candidate will provide hands-on leadership in F&B operations, staff management, service quality, and financial control while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role also requires close collaboration with chefs, front office, and event teams to maximize revenue, maintain operational efficiency, and uphold the highest standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Staff Management

Supervise, train, and motivate waiters, bartenders, cashiers, and other F&B staff to ensure excellent service standards.

Conduct daily briefings to communicate operational goals, service expectations, and updates.

Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and implement disciplinary measures when necessary.
2. Guest Service Excellence

Welcome guests and ensure their dining experience exceeds expectations.

Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and urgency.

Oversee smooth service during busy hours, events, and special occasions.
3. Operational Oversight

Coordinate daily operations across multiple F&B outlets and service points.

Supervise table assignments, reservations, and banquet/event setups.

Ensure all menus are updated, well-presented, and consistent with available offerings.
4. Menu & Sales Development

Collaborate with chefs and management in menu planning to feature both local and international cuisines.

Implement upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase sales.

Design and promote themed dining events, packages, and seasonal promotions.
5. Financial & Inventory Control

Supervise cashiering operations, ensuring accuracy in billing and cash handling.

Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate timely replenishment.

Track daily/weekly sales, prepare financial reports, and ensure cost-effective operations.
6. Health, Safety & Hygiene Compliance

Enforce compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Conduct routine inspections of dining and service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
7. Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with the kitchen, front office, and events teams for seamless service delivery.

Report operational challenges and recommend improvements to management.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Catering, or related field. Professional certifications are an added advantage.

Experience: 5 7 years in Food & Beverage operations within the hospitality sector, with at least 2 3 years in a supervisory role.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in F&B point-of-sale (POS) systems.
