Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven, and strategic Regional Business Manager (RBM) to lead revenue generation, business development, market expansion, and customer acquisition activities within an assigned geographical region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth across enterprise connectivity solutions, broadband services, managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity offerings, digital transformation services, healthcare technology platforms, and strategic technology partnerships.
This role requires a highly connected commercial leader with a proven track record of building strategic client relationships, leading high-performing sales teams, and delivering sustainable revenue growth in highly competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute regional sales and revenue growth strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive new customer acquisition across enterprise and SME segments.
- Increase market share within assigned territories.
- Expand recurring revenue streams through long-term contracts and managed service agreements.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities.

Market Intelligence & Strategy
Monitor and report on:

Provide strategic recommendations to support business growth and market positioning.
Reporting & CRM Management
Prepare and submit:
- Weekly Sales Reports

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the company's CRM platform.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Revenue Performance
- Achievement of assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Pipeline Management
- Maintain a sales pipeline of at least three (3) times annual revenue target.
Customer Acquisition
- Minimum of five (5) new enterprise customers per quarter.
- Minimum of fifty (50) new SME customers per quarter.
Customer Retention
- Maintain customer retention rate of 95% or higher.
Strategic Accounts
- Manage and grow a portfolio of at least twenty (20) strategic enterprise accounts.
Team Performance
- Deliver regional productivity and performance targets.
- Improve team capability and sales effectiveness.
Educational Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in:
- Business Administration
- Marketing
- Economics
- Computer Science
- Engineering
- Telecommunications
- Information Technology
- Or any related discipline
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
- Professional certifications in Sales, Business Development, Technology, Project Management, or Leadership.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of eleven (11) years of progressive experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Telecommunications, Technology Solutions, Managed Services, Cloud Services, or Digital Transformation.
- Minimum of five (5) years in a leadership or regional management position.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong experience managing enterprise accounts and strategic partnerships.
