About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Commercial Partnerships Lead to drive strategic external partnerships across the healthcare sector in Nigeria. This role focuses on building strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare manufacturers to expand business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and enhance the company's market presence.
This is a highly strategic, client-facing role that requires a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including manufacturers, distributors, and diagnostic service providers. The ideal candidate will combine commercial acumen with relationship management skills to secure high-value partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and develop strategic partnerships with healthcare manufacturers, diagnostic facilities, and medical service providers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement partnership programs and joint initiatives.
- Negotiate commercial terms and agreements to maximize value for both parties.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities.
- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential partners.
- Track partnership performance and provide regular reports on progress, KPIs, and revenue impact.
- Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to strengthen the company's market presence.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial partnerships, business development, or marketing within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare manufacturers, diagnostics, and medical service providers in Nigeria.
- Proven track record of securing and managing strategic partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
