About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Delivery Officer to support our field sales team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. This role serves as a critical liaison between the sales team, clients, and internal departments ensuring high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, documentation, and internal communication.

  • Ensure availability and proper functioning of all sales-related tools, materials, and equipment.

  • Provide prompt and professional after-sales support; address client inquiries or complaints efficiently.

  • Maintain accurate records of financial and operational data; prepare periodic performance reports.

  • Process client orders with accuracy and ensure timely fulfillment.

  • Notify clients of relevant updates, delays, or issues, and provide timely resolutions.

  • Monitor service performance metrics, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc./BA in Business Administration or a related discipline (Sales/Marketing certifications are an added advantage).

  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Service Administrator, or similar role preferably in the IT, telecom, or service industry.

  • Technical understanding of software development or web technologies is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skillsboth verbal and written.

  • A team player with integrity, accountability, and sound problem-solving skills.
