Job Summary:

We are seeking a polite, well-groomed, and service-oriented Waiter to join our hospitality team in Lekki Phase 1. The successful candidate will ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests by delivering excellent customer service, taking accurate orders, serving meals and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly.

• Present menus and take food and drink orders accurately.

• Serve meals and beverages professionally and promptly.

• Ensure tables are cleared and dining areas remain clean and organized.

• Assist in setting up dining tables and arranging cutlery and glassware.

• Respond to guest inquiries or complaints courteously and promptly.

• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety at all times.

• Provide support to the kitchen and other front-of-house staff when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (restaurant, hotel, etc.).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be polite, punctual, and neat in appearance.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

• Reside within or around Lekki Phase 1 or be willing to relocate.

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is essential.
