Role Overview

We are currently recruiting Medical Sales Executives for a leading healthcare technology company operating across major regions in Nigeria. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in medical equipment, medical diagnostics, or medical laboratory solutions, and with solid sales experience within the healthcare sector..

This role suits professionals with 2 - 4 years of proven experience in medical equipment, diagnostics and a strong passion for advancing healthcare delivery in Nigeria.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell medical equipment, consumables, and healthcare solutions to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and pharmacies.

  • Establish and manage lasting relationships with key healthcare decision-makers.

  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand territory reach.

  • Conduct effective product presentations and demonstrations.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Provide outstanding after-sales support and follow-up.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales metrics using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, Biology, Nursing, Marketing, or related disciplines.

  • Solid knowledge of medical equipment or diagnostics and prior sales experience in the Nigerian healthcare sector.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  • Ability to travel and work independently.

  • Resilient, target-driven, and self-motivated.
