About the Role

Our client, a premium fashion and clothing brand based in Lekki, Lagos, is seeking a confident and stylish Sales/Customer Service Representative (Male Preferred) to join their in-store team. The ideal candidate will be presentable, customer-oriented, and passionate about fashion retail. This role requires someone who can confidently engage walk-in and online customers, drive sales, and contribute to an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to customers in a warm, professional, and engaging manner.

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, styling advice, and order placements both in-store and online.

  • Manage WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone communications professionally.

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.

  • Ensure the store and displays are clean, well-organized, and fashionably arranged.

  • Follow up on customer requests, orders, and complaints to ensure satisfaction.

  • Work closely with inventory and logistics teams to track stock and fulfill customer needs.

  • Handle product exchanges, returns, and resolve any customer issues per company policy.

  • Keep detailed records of sales, interactions, and customer feedback.

  • Promote and upsell new arrivals, promotions, and special offers.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in fashion, retail, or hospitality.

  • Male candidates are strongly encouraged to apply (gender preference requested by client).

  • Must be presentable, well-groomed, confident, and fashion-conscious.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to interact comfortably with high-end clients and handle inquiries professionally.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and sales ability.

  • Must be punctual, trustworthy, and a strong team player.

  • Tech-savvy and proficient in WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and basic MS Office.

  • Resides within or around Lekki and is available to resume immediately.
