Job Overview:
Our client, a reputable player in the Nigerian real estate sector, is seeking to hire a result-oriented and self-motivated Sales/Outdoor Marketer to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving property sales through direct marketing, client engagement, field activations, and effective follow-up strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and engage potential buyers through field marketing, referrals, and cold calls.

• Promote and present available properties to clients in a persuasive and professional manner.

• Organize and participate in marketing campaigns, property tours, and open house events.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property listings, pricing, and market trends.

• Submit periodic reports on sales activities and client feedback to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

• HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, or any related field.

• 2-4 years of proven experience in real estate sales, outdoor marketing, or direct sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• High level of self-confidence, resilience, and motivation to work under pressure.

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.

• Must be Lagos-based and willing to work on the field extensively.
