About the Role

Our client in the real estate sector is seeking a proactive and target-driven Sales/Outdoor Marketer to join their growing team in Lagos. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for real estate marketing, lead generation, and direct client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through outdoor marketing, cold calls, and field activations.

• Promote the company's property offerings to prospective clients across designated areas.

• Organize and execute marketing campaigns, roadshows, and open house events.

• Engage clients in property presentations and site inspections.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-4 years proven experience in real estate sales or outdoor marketing.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.

• Good knowledge of the Lagos property market and ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work with minimal supervision.
