Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in B2B sales management, with a strong background in recruitment, banking, insurance, or HMO industries. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for leading a team, driving revenue growth, and developing new business opportunities to contribute to the company's expansion and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. 
- Drive revenue generation by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. 
- Implement sales strategies that align with company goals and maximize market penetration. 
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. 
- Manage key accounts and oversee negotiations and contract closures. 
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. 
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and client feedback. 
- Proactively identify market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition. 
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales management experience. 
- Experience in recruitment, banking, insurance, or HMO industries. 
- Proven team leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing sales teams. 
- Strong background in business development and revenue generation. 
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
- Ability to analyze market data and create effective sales strategies. 
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
