Job Summary
We are looking to hire a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Support Officer to join our fast-paced telecommunications operations team in Lekki. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting field engineers, resolving customer issues, coordinating internal processes, and maintaining high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.
This position is ideal for someone with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in service delivery, client support, or technical coordination, preferably within the ICT or telecom sector.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate service requests, track progress, and ensure delivery timelines are met in line with SLAs.
Serve as the first point of contact for client complaints, service queries, and technical support issues.
Assist field engineers by managing schedules, preparing documentation, and facilitating seamless communication.
Maintain and update service logs, reports, and client feedback databases.
Ensure all customer orders and service entries are processed accurately and efficiently.
Work closely with internal teams (sales, technical, and operations) to resolve client issues.
Proactively communicate any delays or service challenges and provide timely resolutions.
Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications
B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or any relevant field.
2 to 4 years of work experience in a service delivery, customer support, or telecom operations role.
Solid understanding of telecommunications service delivery workflows is an added advantage.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM/helpdesk systems.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage pressure, and work collaboratively in a team-driven environment.
