Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Videographer to join our growing real estate team based in Ajah, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content that showcases properties, company branding, client testimonials, and promotional campaigns. This is a hybrid role that offers a mix of fieldwork and remote editing responsibilities.

The right candidate must be passionate about storytelling through video, possess solid technical skills in videography and editing, and have a good understanding of social media content strategy within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality video footage of properties, lifestyle shots, and client interactions.

  • Plan, shoot, and edit video content for promotional materials, social media, and marketing campaigns.

  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop compelling visual narratives.

  • Operate video equipment, drones (if applicable), lighting, and audio gear to produce professional content.

  • Edit raw footage into polished video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.

  • Maintain organized archives of footage and completed projects.

  • Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website, etc.).

  • Stay up to date with trends in videography, especially in real estate marketing.

Requirements:

  • OND, HND or B.Sc. in Film Production, Media, Communications, or related field.

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in videography, particularly in real estate or property marketing.

  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar).

  • Skilled in handling DSLR/mirrorless cameras, drones, lighting, and audio equipment.

  • Strong storytelling skills and creative eye for detail, color, and composition.

  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A compelling video portfolio showcasing previous work is mandatory.
