About the Role

We are seeking a smart, presentable, and customer-focused female Sales & Customer Service Representative to work in-store at our Lekki showroom. The ideal candidate will play a key role in engaging walk-in clients, driving sales of home improvement products, and providing excellent customer support throughout the buyer journey. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing brand within the interior and construction materials sector.



Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and professionally attend to walk-in customers at the showroom.

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations on product selections.

  • Promote and sell a variety of high-quality home renovation materials such as tiles, bathroom fittings, doors, kitchen accessories, elevators, and design finishes.

  • Effectively communicate product features, pricing, availability, and design benefits.

  • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sales process.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

  • Follow up on leads and inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

  • Ensure the showroom is tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times.

  • Process sales transactions, generate receipts, and maintain accurate records.

  • Report daily sales activity and client interactions to the supervisor or manager.

  • Collaborate with the team on stock, logistics, and customer delivery coordination.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2-4 years experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the retail, interior design, real estate, or building materials sector.

  • Female candidates preferred (as specified by the client).

  • Must be fashionable, well-spoken, smart, and highly presentable.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, client-friendly attitude.

  • Sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed set targets.

  • Good knowledge or interest in home fittings and design solutions is a strong advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, and basic digital sales tools.

  • Must reside within or around Lekki and be available for immediate resumption.
