About the Role
Our client, a fast-growing clothing brand based in Lekki, Lagos, is seeking a smart, articulate, and fashion-forward Customer Service Representative (Female Preferred) to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be highly presentable, customer-focused, and capable of delivering a premium shopping experience to both walk-in and online clients. Key Responsibilities

Greet and attend to walk-in customers with professionalism and warmth.

Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Assist customers with product selection, availability, sizing, and styling suggestions.

Process sales transactions, issue receipts, and manage point-of-sale systems efficiently.

Resolve customer complaints, returns, and product exchanges in line with company policy.

Maintain an organized and aesthetically pleasing showroom/retail floor.

Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Collaborate with sales and inventory teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Stay up to date on new product launches, promotions, and brand trends.
Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.

1 - 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in fashion, retail, or hospitality.

Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply (gender-based role preference by client).

Must be well-groomed, stylish, and fashion-conscious.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.

Must be confident, articulate, and capable of engaging a high-end clientele.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and POS systems.

Residing in or near Lekki is an added advantage.
