Job Summary
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will provide strategic leadership for the planning, development, and implementation of innovative IT systems that support the companys mission and business goals. The role requires a visionary leader with strong business acumen, proven technical expertise, and deep understanding of financial services and regulatory environments particularly within the pension custody sector.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute an innovative IT strategy that aligns with the organizations goals while ensuring full compliance with PenCom and other regulatory standards.
Oversee core IT infrastructure management, including data centers, networks, servers, and cybersecurity systems to ensure operational reliability and asset protection.
Lead digital transformation initiatives to automate workflows, improve service delivery, and enhance customer experience.
Supervise and optimize technological infrastructure to ensure peak system performance and reliability.
Direct and manage all IT-related projects across the organization.
Analyze technology trends, costs, and risks to advise management on strategic IT investments.
Collaborate with senior management, other departments, and regulators to ensure technology initiatives align with organizational priorities.
Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning to minimize IT-related operational risks.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
Professional certifications in IT management or security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ITIL) are highly desirable.
810 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in financial services, pension fund administration, or custody businesses.
Proven track record of managing complex IT infrastructure and cybersecurity systems in regulated environments.
Demonstrated expertise in IT governance, risk management, and digital transformation.

Vendor Management: Proficiency in managing third-party IT vendors and contract negotiations.
Project Management: Proven experience in handling large-scale IT projects; PMP or PMI-ACP certification preferred.
Microsoft Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Business Central (BC) and other advanced Microsoft tools.
Required Software/Tools Expertise
Cloud computing and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft BC).
Data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
Cybersecurity platforms and automation tools.
Knowledge of AI technologies and software development lifecycle management tools like Git.
