Part Time Filing Clerk

Sigma Inc is looking for a Part Time Filing Clerk to work onsite as a Contractor at client location in Boston, MA

This is with Commonwealth of MA and Metropolitan Area Planning. Will be required to work onsite at 10 Park Plaza.

Looking for 2 filing clerks for a temporary assignment.

Onsite at our office, in the State Transportation Building, 10 Park Plaza, Boston, MA 02116.
7.5 hour days, Tuesdays and Wednesday, for 4 weeks, July 7th - 29th

Responsibilities:

Temporary Filing Clerk:

• Go through cabinets and log contents in spreadsheet
• Mark each cabinet as complete when finished
• Put a Post-it on items they are unsure about for easy search If time allows:
• Fill boxes with contents to retain

Requirements:

• Good judgement
• Comfort with guided decision making
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lean over and lift up to 30 lbs
