Position Overview

A well-established plaintiffs' litigation firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its Dallas office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong plaintiff-side personal injury background who wants to work on complex, high-value litigation involving sophisticated case strategy, expert witnesses, and significant damages.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of plaintiff-side litigation experience involving matters such as toxic torts, mass torts, product liability, pharmaceutical or medical device litigation, catastrophic injury, or sexual assault litigation.

The firm will also consider accomplished plaintiff-side attorneys whose experience has primarily involved motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, or other personal injury matters, provided they have strong litigation and case-development skills and are interested in transitioning into more complex cases.

Trial experience is preferred but not required. Attorneys with substantial case work-up experience who are eager to develop their courtroom and trial experience are encouraged to apply.

This position offers an opportunity to move beyond high-volume personal injury work and become involved in complex, expert-intensive plaintiff litigation. The successful candidate will have meaningful responsibility for case strategy, discovery, depositions, expert development, and trial preparation while working alongside experienced litigators.
