Our client, a well-established, family-owned leader in logo-ready apparel, uniforms, and promotional merchandise, is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected supplier known for quality, creativity, and strong customer relationships within the promotional products industry. This is a hybrid opportunity.
As an Inside Sales Representative, youll play a key role in managing existing accounts, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Youll serve as a trusted point of contact for business owners and decision-makers, helping them find the right branded solutions to elevate their identity and outreach.
Requirements:
- 24 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or customer-facing rolespreferably in apparel or promotional products
- Strong communication and presentation skills; confident working directly with executives and business owners
- Familiarity with the promotional products ecosystem and distributor relationships is a major plus
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and Excel for reporting and sales analysis
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for growing accounts
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry trade shows
