A fast-growing workers compensation defense law firm is expanding and looking for a talented Workers Compensation Defense Attorney to join our team. What Youll Do

• Represent clients in workers compensation proceedings

• Handle legal research, drafting, hearings, and depositions

• Negotiate settlements and manage a diverse caseload with efficiency

• Build strong client relationships while working closely with internal teams

What Were Looking For

• JD from an accredited law school

• Active CA Bar license (required)

• 1+ years of experience as a Workers Comp Defense Attorney

• Strong skills in legal analysis, communication, and organization

• Tech-savvy, proactive, and client-focused mindset
