About the Role:

As a Workers Compensation Attorney, youll manage a full caseload and advocate on behalf of clients through all stages of litigation. Depending on experience level, opportunities are available at the Associate, Senior Attorney, and Partner levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling a full caseload of workers compensation matters from intake to resolution
  • Representing clients at hearings, depositions, trials, and legal proceedings
  • Drafting pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and settlement agreements
  • Providing effective communication and guidance to clients throughout their cases
  • Staying current on California workers compensation laws and regulatory updates
  • Contributing to firm knowledge sharing, training, and business development efforts

Requirements:

  • Active member of the California State Bar (required)
  • Must reside in California
  • 2+ years of experience practicing workers compensation law
  • Strong litigation, negotiation, and written communication skills
  • Experience with legal case management systems such as Practice Master, MerusCase, ProLaw, or A1 Law is a plus
