Responsibilities:
As the Financial Accounting & Compliance Manager, you will report directly to the CFO and serve as a key player in managing the financial health of the organization. You will work closely with an experienced leadership team and play a strategic role in our continued growth
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and analyze internal financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Monitor and ensure compliance with ESOP regulations and Bank Credit Agreements
- Coordinate all attest work and audits in collaboration with external CPA firms
- Oversee the filing of all tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
- Develop and maintain financial projections and models to support business planning and strategic decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification (required)
- Construction industry accounting experience is preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP, compliance standards, and financial analysis
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners
- Proven ability to work within all levels of an organization
- Detail-oriented, organized, and driven to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
