Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join their team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be a Saudi national with a strong background in IT products, infrastructure, network, or cybersecurity sales, and experience working with SMEs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key SME clients to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts and proactively pursue them to generate revenue.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored IT solutions, leveraging knowledge of infrastructure, networking, or cybersecurity products.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market activities to identify potential growth areas.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, client records, and activity reports.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in sales of IT products, infrastructure, network, or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts, particularly SMEs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi market and customer needs.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Saudi national as per Saudization requirements.
