Job Title: IT Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Experience: 5–7 Years

Work Schedule: 5 Days/Week (Sunday – Thursday)

Core Purpose We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on IT Manager to lead our IT Department's end-to-end functional areas. This role is pivotal in managing our infrastructure, solution development, and software/hardware lifecycle to ensure our business remains agile, secure, and technologically advanced.

Key Responsibilities

• ERP & Business Applications: Manage and enhance ERP systems, document business processes, and ensure 100% user adoption of new features.
• Infrastructure & Connectivity: Oversee servers, networks, and hardware performance. Ensure stable connectivity and robust backup protocols with minimal downtime.
• Support & Training: Lead daily IT operations, resolve service tickets within SLAs, and provide comprehensive training to end-users.
• Cybersecurity & Risk: Implement security measures, monitor threats, and maintain risk registers to ensure 100% compliance with security standards.
• Policy & Asset Management: Develop IT SOPs, maintain accurate asset inventories (warranties/renewals), and manage vendor relationships.
• Project Management: Plan and execute IT projects aligned with business goals, ensuring delivery is on time and within budget (±5% variance).

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Management.
• Certifications: Professional certification in Network Management and Application Development.
• Experience: 5–7 years in IT, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Skills: Well-versed in computer operations, pragmatic problem-solving, and a customer-service-oriented mindset.

Working Conditions

• Based in Riyadh with travel to various business units as required.
