• Location: London (Hybrid Work Model)

The Role

You will be responsible for the safety, compliance, and efficiency of the electrical systems within a specific portfolio of homes.

What We Need From You

• Proven Track Record: At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience (preferably in residential maintenance).
• Technical Expertise: Strong diagnostic skills and a commitment to UK electrical safety standards.
• Immediate Availability: We are looking for someone to hit the ground running ASAP.
