We are seeking a visionary GenAI Specialist to design, build, and deploy next-generation AI solutions. Your Role

As a GenAI Specialist, you will be instrumental in integrating LLMs and implementing data strategies that drive business growth. Your focus will include:

• Advanced AI Engineering: Building MCP models, context protocols, and agentic AI while maintaining robust microservices.
• Financial Intelligence: Deploying ML models to detect and prevent financial crimes, significantly reducing fraud losses and improving compliance.
• Generative Innovation: Implementing GenAI solutions to create synthetic data, enhancing model accuracy across diverse use cases.
• Scale & Efficiency: Rolling out scalable ML systems capable of processing millions of daily transactions and utilizing A/B testing to boost operational efficiency.
• Production Standards: Writing production-grade, PEP8-compliant Python code with a strict focus on scalability and maintainability.
• Strategic Collaboration: Translating complex data concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.

Your Skills and Experience

To excel in this role, you should bring a proven track record in GenAI technologies and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Technical Requirements:

• LLM Mastery: Expertise in RAG, Agents, Graph RAG, RAFT, and Fine-tuning (PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA).
• Model Proficiency: Experience with both Open Source (Llama, Mistral) and Closed Source (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) models.
• Core Engineering: Advanced Python skills, specifically within NLP and GenAI frameworks.
• Deep Learning: Strong experience with GANs, VAEs, and Transformers.
• NLP Expertise: Proficiency in intent recognition, entity extraction, text summarization, and topic modeling.

Bonus Points For:

• Foundational knowledge of Cloud environments, API frameworks, and Docker.
• Experience with databases such as Qdrant or PostgreSQL.
