LANDSCAPE DESIGNER

To develop and oversee the execution of high-end landscape designs for private luxury properties in the UAE.

Salary: Competitive TBD,

JOB based in UAE, Abu Dhabi.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Develop creative landscape concepts in line with owner briefs, architectural intent, and site conditions.
• Prepare concept sketches, layout plans, planting schemes, materials boards, and 3D visualizations.
• Specify plants, materials, finishes, and furniture suited for the UAE climate and luxury property standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate landscape elements seamlessly
• into overall property plans.
• Conduct site analysis and attend site visits during design and construction phases to monitor
• implementation and ensure design integrity.
• Review drawings, material samples, and mock-ups.
• Ensure designs comply with local authority regulations, sustainability standards, and relevant health and
• safety requirements.
• Maintain awareness of international landscaping trends and innovations, and a network of premium
• suppliers.
• Support budgeting, cost estimation, and procurement related to landscape works.
