SilverStone Talent is looking for a Director of Recruiting for our client in New York City.

We typically place Recruiting Directors with the following:

• At least 10 years of recruiting experience
• Experience managing a team of recruiters at all levels
• A high level of professionalism and business acumen
• A strong understanding of recruitment operations
• A desire to exceed recruiting metrics and reduce time to fill/hire
• A strong network within their chosen recruiting specialty
• Overcommunicate when necessary
• Ability to design and implement recruiting best practices
