Job Summary:

The Sales Consultant – Accounting, Tax, Advisory, HR and Payroll, & Corporate Services is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting the firms professional services, including tax advisory, compliance, audit support, company formation, and corporate secretarial services. The role requires strong knowledge of the UAE regulatory environment and a consultative sales approach to address client needs effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and convert new business opportunities for accounting, tax, advisory, HR and Payroll, and corporate services
  • Promote services including UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, ESR, Transfer Pricing, audit coordination, HR and Payroll, company formation, and corporate compliance
  • Conduct client meetings to assess business structures, regulatory requirements, and service needs
  • Prepare and present proposals, fee quotations, and engagement letters in coordination with technical teams
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, referral partners, and intermediaries
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipelines, and sales forecasts
  • Coordinate with tax, audit, and corporate services teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Stay updated on UAE regulatory developments (FTA guidelines, MoF updates, Free Zone regulations)
  • Represent the firm at networking events, client meetings, and business forums


Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
    • Proven sales or business development experience within:
      - Tax advisory
      - Audit or consulting firms
      - Corporate services or company formation providers
    • Strong understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks, including:
      - UAE Corporate Tax & VAT
      - Free Zone and Mainland licensing
      - Economic Substance Regulations (ESR)
      - Transfer Pricing and compliance requirements
    • Experience in B2B consultative selling

      • Strong knowledge of UAE professional services selling
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
      • Relationship-building and stakeholder management
      • Ability to work closely with technical and compliance teams
      • Results-driven, self-motivated, and well-organized
      • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
      • Experience working with UAE-based clients (Mainland and Free Zones)
      • Understanding of Tax, compliance and accounting
      • Existing network of business owners, consultants, or referral partners in the UAE (preferred)
      • Ability to meet clients across the UAE as required
