Job Purpose:

Supports the design and implementation of AI-driven and data-led business solutions for UAE-based operations and regional clients. The role focuses on translating business and regulatory requirements into structured AI and analytics use cases while supporting delivery teams with documentation, testing, and performance monitoring.

This role is ideal for early-career professionals seeking exposure to AI, automation, and digital transformation within the UAE business environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Business & Process Analysis

  • Analyse UAE-based business processes across functions such as finance, HR, sales, operations, and compliance
  • Document current-state and future-state workflows aligned with AI or automation initiatives
  • Translate business needs into clear AI, data, or system requirements (BRDs, FRDs, user stories)

AI & Data Use Case Support

  • Assist in identifying AI use cases relevant to UAE businesses (forecasting, customer insights, compliance checks, workflow automation, chatbots)
  • Support definition of data requirements, assumptions, and constraints for AI models
  • Help define success metrics, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with internal departments and external vendors/consultants
  • Support workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and user discussions
  • Communicate analysis clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Testing, Validation & Monitoring

  • Support UAT for AI tools, dashboards, and automated workflows
  • Assist in validating outputs against business expectations and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor performance indicators and flag anomalies or improvement opportunities

Governance, Compliance & Documentation

  • Maintain structured documentation for AI solutions, data sources, assumptions, and controls
  • Support adherence to UAE data protection regulations and internal governance frameworks

Assist in documenting AI transparency, controls, and responsible-use consideration.

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (analysis, formulas, data validation)

  • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Zoho Analytics) preferred
  • Understanding of data accuracy, integrity, and validation principles

AI & Business Knowledge

  • Awareness of common AI applications in UAE organisations:
    • Customer analytics and CRM optimisation
    • Predictive forecasting and reporting
    • Process automation and workflow optimisation
    • Chatbots and intelligent customer support
  • Conceptual understanding of how AI models are trained, tested, and used
  • Awareness of data privacy, ethics, and security considerations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics/Data Science, Computer Science/Engineering, Economics, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data/analytics, or technology/process roles 
  • Fluent English communication (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage but not required
  • Preferred: exposure to Agile/Scrum environments, familiarity with ERP/CRM/finance systems (e.g., Zoho, SAP, Oracle), introductory AI/data/analytics certifications, and experience supporting UAE/GCC organizations
