Job Purpose:

This role is ideal for a professional with strong UAE regulatory knowledge who can manage client portfolios, oversee company incorporations, and ensure the delivery of high-quality corporate services.

The successful candidate will supervise a team, maintain key client relationships, and ensure compliance with UAE regulatory frameworks across mainland and free zone jurisdictions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage company incorporation processes across UAE jurisdictions (mainland, freezones, offshore), including approvals, documentation, and licensing.
  • Advise clients on legal structures, business activities, shareholding arrangements, and compliance requirements.
  • Manage corporate services operations, including license renewals, amendments, UBO filings, attestations, Corporate Tax/VAT registration, and general entity administration.
  • Supervise Corporate Service Executives and PROs, ensuring quality of work, adherence to timelines, and compliance with SLAs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client portfolios, maintaining strong communication and service excellence.
  • Review and validate corporate documents, resolutions, applications, and compliance submissions.
  • Ensure accurate and complete client records in internal systems.
  • Support bank account opening processes, KYC documentation, and coordination with financial institutions.
  • Stay updated on UAE legislation and regulatory changes affecting corporate services, including AML/CTF, UBO, VAT, and Corporate Tax.
  • Drive process improvements, standardize workflows, and strengthen compliance controls.
    

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in corporate services, business setup, free zone administration, PRO services, or regulatory compliance.
  • Proven supervisory experience in a similar environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE corporate regulations, free zone authorities, AML/KYC, UBO, and licensing frameworks.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-management skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational ability, and capability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency with CRM or case-management systems; Arabic language skills are a plus.
