About the job Marketing and Sales Administrative Support
Job Description:
- Acts as link of field sales force
- Receives and sends documents, reports, communication to and from the sales field personnel.
- Reviews and screens administrative documents for the Business Unit and sales force (Expense Reports, Request for Business Expenses, and Operational reports).
- Routes, tracks and monitor Business Unit / Sales Force documents for processing and approval
- Compiles, records and maintain files for the Business Unit / Sales field personnel.
- Provides assistance on all travel plans and bookings for the commercial manager
- Provides assistance during sales conferences/meeting and training
- Perform other related functions and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor
Requirement:
- Bachelors Degree
- With work experience in clerical and secretarial functions.
- Experience as Administrative Assistant and Data Encoder an advantage. High proficiency in MS Office / Excel
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Organizational Skills
