18544 Account Support Specialist

Handle various Enterprise Merchants in Our Client Commercial Team. We build strategic partnerships with them, make sure that their day to day business runs smoothly, and drive their sales in our platform.

About the Assignment :
As an Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible in assisting the Key Account Managers in handling those Merchants, ensuring all promos and content update are live as requested by them.

The Core Objectives :
1. Maintain day-to-day business of Our Client Enterprise Merchants
2. Ensure Merchants are satisfied with our platform
3. Bridging communications between external and internal stakeholders

Essential Experience / Criteria :
1. Strong verbal & written communication skills (both in English and Bahasa)
2. Adaptable
3. Fast learner

Desirable Experience / Criteria :
1. Familiar with Ms. Office
