Electrical Engineer

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer with strong M&E building services design experience to join a lean consulting engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design HV/LV distribution, substations, switchgear, gensets, UPS, lighting, earthing, lightning protection and ELV systems
• Perform load estimation, cable sizing and voltage drop calculations
• Prepare drawings, calculations, tender documents and BQ
• Handle TNB and Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) submissions
• Conduct site inspections, testing & commissioning through to handover
• Manage design packages with minimal supervision

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• 3–5 years' experience in M&E consultancy or contractor with strong design exposure
• BEM Graduate Engineer registration
• Hands-on LV distribution design experience
• Experience handling TNB supply applications and ST submissions
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Added Advantage: Revit MEP, ST Competent Engineer certification, working towards Ir., DIALux/Relux or green building experience.
