JOB SUMMARY

• Applies engineering principles and techniques to optimize the facility engineering in manufacturing environment, leads facility improvement projects, develop a robust facility maintenance plan, to ensure compliance with workplace safety, health and other regulatory which requirements compile to organizational objectives.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

JOB AREA

• Facility document, checklist preparation/ improvement
• Compressed Air system maintenance & monitoring
• Monthly report preparation
• Canteen facility maintenance
• Sewage system maintenance and improvement.
• JKKP & DOE issue arrangement
• Cooling tower system maintenance & monitoring
• Ventilation system maintenance & monitoring
• Scrubber system maintenance and monitoring.
• Scrubber Competent Person (CePSO)
• Confine space competent Person (AGT)
• Sustainability Project
• Facility equipment repairing
• Facility equipment Improvement project
• Expansion project arrangement & setup
• Assist/participate in other Company events & activities as and when required.
• To participate/support other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by the company from time to time.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Diploma/ degree in Mechanical/ mechatronic engineering
• 5 years working experience in maintenance / facility department.
