About the job Executive, Human Capital
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Co-ordinate in-house and external trainings, including training logistics, scheduling, communication and registration, HRDF management, recording training expenses and budget, and updating training records.
- Assist and support in new joiners orientation and in the organization of engagement activities, team building, bonding, festive events, company trip / dinner, ad-hoc activities in promoting Happy TCAPM etc.
- Assign training courses and monitor training attendance on LMS system.
- Co-ordinate and assist in career fairs, internship and management trainee programs.
- Assist superior with ad-hoc projects requirement and / or research, data analysis and groundwork.
- Support other HCD general administration including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experiences in Recruitment and related field but Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Competency in using Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point.
- Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
