About the job Customer Service cum CRM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute impactful marketing events to introduce the new clinics and attract customers, including but not limited to booth, roadshows, fairs, and external company events.
  • Increase company's exposure thru different activities.
  • Act as a clinic assistant in clinic when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in any field
  • Experienced in customer facing roles or event planning.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to support weekend work if needed (Off in lieu will be given)
  • Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage, in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers and colleagues.
  • Able to work 1030am - 930pm (inclusive of meal hour).
