About the job Lean Engineer
Job Summary:
To optimize and digitize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. Promoting and driving the culture of data analysis and data driven. Improving productivity thru lean & Six sigma methodologies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Kaizen workshops and SGA activities, applying lean tools (5S, RCA, A3, PDCA, etc.).
- Support and back up Lean engineer in leading Lean Facilitators and coaching production teams in kaizen activities.
- Monitor and improve production KPIs (OEE, downtime, scrap, productivity).
- Collaborate with process owners to identify issues, lead root cause analysis, and ensure implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensure standardization of lean practices across different production lines.
- Track and report continuous improvement results to management.
- Collect, analyze, and visualize production performance data (OEE, downtime, loss breakdown).
- Develop dashboards and tracking tools for real-time performance monitoring.
- Act as the link between operations and digitalization, ensuring digital solutions are lean optimized before deployment.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Systems Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years in lean implementation, or process improvement. Exposure to data analytics and digital projects preferred.
- Competent in lean tools and continuous improvement practices.
- Able to facilitate kaizen/SGA and coach shopfloor teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis & visualization (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python or similar).
- Good communication and influencing skills with process owners.
- Basic understanding of digital transformation/Industry 4.0.
