Job Summary:

To optimize and digitize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. Promoting and driving the culture of data analysis and data driven. Improving productivity thru lean & Six sigma methodologies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Kaizen workshops and SGA activities, applying lean tools (5S, RCA, A3, PDCA, etc.).
  • Support and back up Lean engineer in leading Lean Facilitators and coaching production teams in kaizen activities.
  • Monitor and improve production KPIs (OEE, downtime, scrap, productivity).
  • Collaborate with process owners to identify issues, lead root cause analysis, and ensure implementation of corrective actions.
  • Ensure standardization of lean practices across different production lines.
  • Track and report continuous improvement results to management.
  • Collect, analyze, and visualize production performance data (OEE, downtime, loss breakdown).
  • Develop dashboards and tracking tools for real-time performance monitoring.
  • Act as the link between operations and digitalization, ensuring digital solutions are lean optimized before deployment.
  • Assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Systems Engineering or related field.
  • 3-5 years in lean implementation, or process improvement. Exposure to data analytics and digital projects preferred.
  • Competent in lean tools and continuous improvement practices.
  • Able to facilitate kaizen/SGA and coach shopfloor teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis & visualization (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python or similar).
  • Good communication and influencing skills with process owners.
  • Basic understanding of digital transformation/Industry 4.0.
