By applying to any job openings through Singularity's Digital Enterprise (SDE) website, all applicants fully understand and accept that they will be submitting personal, academic and professional data that will be stored by SDE for present and future evaluation of any job vacancies to which they have applied or that may arise in the future. Applicants authorize SDE to store their data for as long as deemed necessary or until the applicant has requested its deletion from SDE's database.

Job applicants also understand, accept and authorize that their data be disclosed, sent to or shared with, SDE clients or partner organizations where possible job vacancies may arise and to which SDE may propose their application for outsourcing services.
